Capilaux are supporting a fast paced FDA accredited manufacturing facility which provides expert turn key services covering formulation, filling, packaging, testing and manufacturing. For over 25 years, this well respected company have supported their clients from concept through to commercial manufacture. Their product capabilities include creams, lotions, liquids, gels, sprays, capsules, patches, and much, much more.

Overview:

This position falls within the Technical Services team who oversee the daily operations of the batch manufacturing process. Your role will ensure smooth workflow, compliance with regulations, and effective collaboration with other departments.

This role would be well suited to someone from a manufacturing, quality control or R&D with a background within the pharmaceutical or personal care and beauty sectors. A solid understanding of end to end batch manufacturing process is a must, as you'll have oversight of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Bill of Materials (BOM) and product specifications. This opportunity is open to individuals with a range of experience, but please ensure you meet the minimum requirements below:

• 3-5 years experience in QC, R&D or product manufacturing within pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, OTC or personal care and beauty. You should have knowledge of how each function works and have experience coordinating groups to achieve a shared objective.

• You have been involved in either testing raw materials, or verifying their suitability for use prior to manufacturing. You should have hands on experience creating and reviewing batch manufacturing and release documentation.

• You have strong knowledge of quality management processes to control change or assist with establishing root causes for non conformance or out of spec results.

• You have a proactive attitude and effective time management skills. You must be a confident communicator who can keep a cool head.

• You are familiar with an ERP system and are confident using Microsoft Excel.
