Contour This is seeking a Public Relations Specialist to join our team.

About The Position

Contour This is seeking a Public Relations Specialist to work closely with our internal teams, clients, and partners to develop and implement Public Relations plans and strategies for our brands.

You will be tasked with helping to identify Public Relations trends and opportunities for growth, as well as designing, launching, and tracking Public Relations campaigns across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with internal teams, clients and partners on Public Relations strategy.
• Build relationships with outside vendors, consultants, media, and experts to create win-win business relationships.
• Regularly write, edit, and share compelling content including blogs, articles, press releases, and email campaigns
• Helping identify Public Relations trends and key opportunities for innovation.
• Learning and working with various types of software for digital Public Relations.
• Creating Press Releases and other related materials.
• Maintaining a Public Relations database.
• Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
• Understanding company goals, products and brands.
• General office duties.
• Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
• Updating social media accounts.
• Drafting and sending email campaigns.
• Updating content on websites.
  
  

Requirements

• Public Relations experience.
• Minimum 1-year related job/internship experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
• Competency in Adobe applications including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Must be fluent in English. Special consideration is given to bilingual or multilingual candidates.
• Must be 18 or older, have a valid driver's license and be legally allowed to work in the USA.
• Must be able to lift and carry 45 lbs safely.
