Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with a background in full-cycle and property accounting to join our team. This role will start as a one-person operation with the potential to build and lead an accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full-cycle accounting and property accounting operations.
• Manage commercial property financials, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Implement and maintain accounting systems, with experience in Yardi preferred.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct property financial analysis and reporting.
• Build and lead an accounting team as the company grows.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in full-cycle and property accounting.
• Commercial real estate accounting experience required.
• Proficient in Yardi or other property accounting systems.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
