We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM (Financials and Supply Chain Management) who can also serve as a Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing PeopleSoft ERP support, managing user training, acting as the backup PeopleSoft Security Administrator, and offering tier 1st and 2nd level user support. The successful candidate will take ownership of specific PeopleSoft modules and provide project status reports to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Provide PeopleSoft ERP Support:
Offer support to business owners and the user community in utilizing PeopleSoft FSCM applications.
Act as the go-to person for troubleshooting and problem resolution related to PeopleSoft applications.
User Training Management:
Manage and support user training sessions for the PeopleSoft user community.
Ensure that users are adequately trained to maximize the benefits of PeopleSoft applications.
Backup PeopleSoft Security Administrator:
Perform duties as the backup PeopleSoft Security Administrator, ensuring the integrity and security of PeopleSoft applications.
Tier 1st and 2nd Level User Support:
Provide tier 1st and 2nd level user support, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with technical teams for advanced issue resolution.
Module Ownership and Project Status Reporting:
Take ownership of specific PeopleSoft FSCM modules for support and improvement.
Provide regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future milestones.
Minimum Qualifications
Three (3) years' experience in PeopleSoft application 9.2 implementation and development.
Preferred Skills, Experience, And Capabilities
Five (5) years' experience in PeopleSoft application 9.2 implementation and development.
Experience with HCM 9.2.
Proven experience in leading major project tasks while serving as a project manager, team leader, and mentor of functional and technical staff.
