Job Title: Project Manager (Mid-level)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring resource availability and allocation
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate effective communication among project team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in project management roles
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • PMP or CAPM certification is preferred
