About The Job
Our client is looking for a Technology Project Manager (PM Level 2) to provide support on a multi-year Video Management Replacement project. The objective of this project is to replace their legacy Video Management System with a more modern solution.
The new 3rd-party solution is CCTV over IP cameras and recorded on a server (Network Video Recorder). This is a software and hardware (servers, network switches) deployment project having centralized and site-level components. Site-level installations will span our client's stores, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, and offices.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and update project plans and manage deviations from the plan.
Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented and vigorously pursued to deliver the project scope.
Status and progress reporting on a regular cadence (daily, weekly as needed)
Create and track schedules, risks and issues, and budget (when applicable).
Develop risk mitigation plans and escalate decisions and unresolved issues as needed.
Maintain project level communications with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Work with peers to develop and drive goals, define technical specifications and detailed implementation plans for project.
The PM will work receive guidance from the lead Program Manager.
Some travel may be required.

Self-starter with 'learn and apply' attitude in an intense, fast-paced environment.
3rd-party vendor management with hands-on software and hardware installation/coordination/rollout experience.
Excellent MS Office toolset skills with emphasis on Excel.
