Our team will collaborate on strategic business and technology programs by partnering with the client Human Resources (HR) Workforce Management line of business experts, and project teams. Our team is responsible for project delivery by establishing project milestones and governance structures throughout the project lifecycle: initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing.


The Work You Will Do at Bip.Monticello:


The Workforce Management Project Manager / Lead Analyst will support both our client HR partner and Businesses and Functions in reviewing and updating the Job Architecture. The Project Manager will partner with Business and Function stakeholders in the evaluation of the current organization structures, and monitoring, remediation and reporting of organizational health metrics. Organization design is a key strategic lever to realize simplification and clarify accountabilities during large scale change and transformation. This role will work with HR and business and function leaders ensuring that the design and structure of the organization aligns to their strategy, transformation objectives and organizational health principles including size, shape, skill mix and location.


The consultant will work closely with client management and other Bip.Monticello team members to ensure the project is set up and run according to best-practice standards. Key to this role will be the consultant’s problem-solving skills, communication, attention to detail, and analysis abilities, along with ensuring our deliverables meet the client’s expectations and are delivered 100% on time.


Required Skills, Experience, & Responsibilities:

  • 6-10+ years working with Organizational design and / or projects in the Global Markets, Global Banking, Finance, or Treasury space.
  • 6+ years of project experience in the financial services industry at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, Sapient, etc.), global investment bank, or Fortune 500 company would be preferred.
  • Prior Banking experience working on Organizational design, HR Strategy, business analysis, data analysis, project management, and/or projects across various departments including HR, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, etc. Monitor and report on organizational health principles and metrics across the enterprise.
  • Organization Design Tools and Technologies: Knowledge and experience of using organization design-specific tools and technologies.
  • Design, develop and implement organization design standards, procedures, controls and playbooks.
  • Job Architecture Experience: Experience in job architecture within a large complex organization is preferred.
  • Provide Organizational Design enablement and Job Architecture consultation to Business / Function Chief Operating Officer or Chief Administrative Officer, HR Advisor or HR Business Partners.
  • Implement Job architecture initiatives: Assist in the implementation of job architecture-related initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain Job Architecture: Partner with HR Rewards and Compensation solutions to maintain job architecture, job function, family, and job profiles with required roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide data analytics and insights for data driven organization design and job architecture decisions and actions.
  • Identify organizational health metric outliers and develop remediation plans partnering with our stakeholders in HR and the Businesses/Functions.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs; with exposure to leading and delivering projects.
  • Prepare presentations for monitoring of metrics and action plans utilizing reporting and dashboards. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills required for success.
  • Design, develop and implement organization design standards, procedures, controls, and playbooks.
  • Strong presentation skills, including experience with large audiences / senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business, Computer Science or Engineering. Master’s degree preferred.


**The base salary range for this role is $90,000-$105,000**
