What You Will Do
Define tools and processes to enhance organizational excellence in program and project management.
Manage projects typically lasting up to 12 months with a budget of $1 million, spanning multiple business functions within a regional scope.
Collaborate with project sponsors and customers to define business benefits, requirements, and project scope.
Implement change control processes to manage scope changes and their impact on project timelines, costs, and quality.
Develop project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress against established timelines.
Facilitate level of effort estimating and identify asset acquisition requirements; track and report actuals against forecasts.
Provide guidance on project methodology and best practices, adhering to Nike's standard project methodology.
Define and manage project success/delivery criteria; monitor and report on project success against predefined criteria.
Develop risk management plans, assess risk criticality, probability, and impact.
Formulate risk mitigation strategies, assign responsibilities, and oversee mitigation actions.
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree required; minimum of 8-9 years of directly relevant work experience.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project deliverables.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
Experience in risk management and change control processes.
Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
