Job Details

• Assist in planning and executing a facility addition and transition project.
• Collaborate directly with General Contractors to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Oversee IT infrastructure integration to support the new facility requirements.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors, facilitating clear and efficient communication.
• Keep project documentation organized, up-to-date, and accessible for all stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Support the project team in resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
