Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administrative operations of real estate development projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
- Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise.
- Track project expenses and assist in budget management.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the project team, such as scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and maintaining project files.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Coordinator or in an administrative role within Real Estate or Construction.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
