We are seeking candidates to join our growing Project Management team.
Our project management group is composed of high-energy team players committed to holistically managing a diverse array of marketing tactics. Project management team members have extensive career-path potential within the organization, with opportunities to not only advance within the PM discipline – but to also pursue integrated and/or digital-only producer roles as well.
The Project Coordinator/Associate Project Managers have a pro-active, can do attitude, with a sense of urgency to support the PM team in its mission to deliver on time and within budget. Details and consistency are key, but commonsense is a must have. This role requires a strong personality and directness in team communications, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy. Responsibilities
- Support the PM team with meeting coordination and meeting contact notes
- Facilitating updates to status and hotsheets
- Routing deliverables to team reviewers
- Updating timelines
- Learn agency process & policy; comply with and help enforce standard procedures
- Develop and demonstrate risk assessment skills
- Make recommendations to assist planning and resource allocation
- Opportunity to directly manage smaller or lower complexity projects with supervision
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 0-3 years of experience within the Medical Education or Healthcare Advertising field
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; MS Project nice to have (will train)
- A willingness to learn new technologies and methodology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An independent thinker and solution-oriented; able to work well under pressure
- Self-motivated and works well independently, as well as collaborates favorably in a team environment
