We are seeking a high-caliber Project Analyst for a COI Affiliate Language Project contracted role to help implement a manual process aiming at identifying and resolving conflicts of interest in affiliated securities over a minimum 6 months duration, which may extend. Under the guidance of the Lead Fiduciary Officer, the successful candidate will be involved in comprehensive reviews, comparisons, and the development of remediation plans to ensure compliance and integrity in managing trust documents and affiliated securities. This project demands sharp analytical skills, a keen sense for compliance details, and the ability to document and remediate issues effectively.
Job Requirements
Review all trust documents for affiliated language and determine compliance or prohibitions.
Compare COI inventory/affiliated list with existing holdings to identify inconsistencies.
Develop and implement remediation plans for any compliance issues found.
Document existing monitoring or control processes of Third-Party investment managers regarding affiliate securities.
Remediate affected securities as required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven fiduciary oversight and compliance expertise.
Detailed documentation and effective communication skills.
