Summary
Join our team as we seek a talented individual to interface with clients on technical and business issues, driving program/project schedules, and ensuring Azure services adhere to internal standards. The role involves triaging exceptions, analyzing risks, and managing findings for trend analysis. An Active USG Security Clearance with an FSP is required for this position.
Job Responsibilities
Contribute to triaging exception requests and performing initial analysis.
Conduct tier 1/tier 2 triage for various projects including air gap cloud and Azure-related tasks.
Interface with clients on technical and business matters from project initiation to delivery.
Drive program/project schedules and provide status reports.
Assess Azure services for compliance with internal standards, processes, and procedures.
Develop a system to track and manage findings for trend analysis.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in rapidly organizing information effectively.
Minimum 5 years of experience in professional email writing and written communication.
Minimum 5 years of experience in interfacing with clients on technical and business issues.

Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid: 2-3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 3 months
Pay Range: $53 - 58 per hour
