Fully Promoted Cleveland is looking for a part time PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE to help us grow.

Summary:

Produce high quality decorated garments such as shirts, polos, hats, etc

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manipulate and transfer files to equipment for Embroidery, Heat Transfer and Screen Printing – For garments and Promotional Products
• Operate two head & six head Tajima embroidery machines using standard safety procedures.
• Input digitized files onto embroidery machines and properly designate color sequences for each individual design
• Identify correct hoop sizes and proper backing needles and thread to be used for each job
• Operate, Heat Press, Vinyl printer and cutting machines using standard safety procedures
• Identify and utilize correct materials for vinyl and thermal transfers.
• Prepare several different garment materials for Digital to Garment Printing.
• Open/Modify/Create digitized files in digitizing software to be used for production. 

• Maintain machinery in good working order. 

• Keep a running inventory of all stock and supplies. 

• Maintain an organized, clean and professional store appearance at all times. 

• Complete Company’s in store training utilizing the Operations Manual and Workbooks.
• Support processing all work orders accurately and obtain customer approval.
• Work closely with the Sales Area and Management to answer any questions they may have concerning current work orders.
• Work with the Internal Sales Team Checking in Materials.
• Always demonstrate a professional image of the Fully Promoted brand.
• Perform other duties as determined by Management.
