Job Summary
Client is seeking a Production Designer Assistant to join our fast-paced, high energy, growing Marketing Department. This position reports to the Director of Production within the Brand, Digital & Marketing Services team to deliver insurance materials and assets to clients. The material is both for print and digital production. In addition to production, the ideal candidate will assist with product marketing needs and our digital sales collateral platform, Marketing-on-Demand. The coordinator will collaborate with business partners and create solutions that are aligned with product, brand, legal and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
Provide production and execution support of product materials (enrollment collateral, sales brochures, etc.)
Help create and apply approved design/layout templates to ensure brand consistency
Prepare art files for release to print vendors and/or media partners
Lead reorder notices for print production; reviewing files, making corrections and managing legal review
Interest in learning about products to provide expertise over time in product marketing and product portfolio variations
Edit/retouch images using Photoshop
Manage the storage, organization, and nomenclature for a library of materials
Participate in department meetings to discuss processes, project status, etc.
Effectively communicate with inter-departmental stakeholders
Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
Remote two (2) days per week, including Friday as one; three (3) days required; no full-time remote

Mac OS
Highly proficient with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro and MS PowerPoint
Positive attitude and collaborates well with others
1-3 years' work experience in production and design
