General Overview: The Production Artist provides designs for product, marketing, digital and sales departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs basic production designer skills in a self-supervisory capacity and adhere to the company’s fast-paced design and production needs.
- Works on multiple projects in varied levels of completion, multi-tasking within fluctuating deadlines.
- Implements line looks based on art direction as well as creating new designs.
- Shoots photos and videos of product as necessary.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated artist capable of working efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines. Must be able to implement quick revisions to match customer and lead designer needs. Works closely with development and design team members to drive projects and initiatives according to production deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-3 years’ experience in production artist role.
- Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Experience in Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Experience working in a Mac-based environment.
- Video editing experience preferred.
- Basic Microsoft Office software skills.
- Experience building catalogs preferred.
- Familiarity with adjusting colors in Photoshop preferred.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized and self-motivated; Good multi-tasking skills.
- Adaptable to a deadline-driven and team-centric work environment.
- Screenprint/Pad Print knowledge is helpful.
- Passion for all sports is a plus.
