Position Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to label design and production. This includes creating and maintaining daily label production, pre-press through print, sort and delivery, in a fast-paced environment. Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite software will be essential for creating and modifying existing label files. Additionally, you will provide support to print production staff as needed, assisting with graphic support and pre-press tasks.

Essential Functions And Basic Duties

  • Work in fast-paced environment to create and maintain daily label production.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite software to create and make changes to existing label files.
  • Print production including graphic support and pre-press through print, sort to delivery
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks of varying complexities to produce work within scope and on time.
  • Merging graphic files to dietary supplement files for label creation.
  • Execute high quality design from concept to delivery while following brand guidelines.
  • Follow guidelines for file organization, naming conventions and quality control.
  • Create other digital/print assets as needed (product renders, flat label images, marketing materials, etc.)
  • Work independently to problem solve while also working with a team for collaboration.
  • Additional related duties as required.

Education / Certifications

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university; preferably in graphic design.

Experience Required

  • Over 3 years of experience as a production designer with more than 1 year in digital pre-press, preferred

Skills / Abilities

  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and take initiative
  • Advanced skills in Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Strong file management capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly with strong attention to detail
  • Capability to handle high volumes of work while ensuring accuracy
  • Comfortable with continuous process improvements
