The Product Specialist will work with customers closely and provide expert advice on their live projects or cases. They will work together with our Account Managers and Technical Specialists to ensure a customer has success with the technology.
Responsibilities
Act as an expert on Luminance’s technology and products, acting as a key point of contact between clients, partners, and departments within Luminance.
Work with Account Managers to deliver successful POCs and manage live customer projects from planning stages to final review
Understand the individual use cases and review requirements and needs of each customer and advise
Be a trusted adviser and authority of the product to the customer for supporting projects and cases
Design custom workflows and solutions for live cases
Work with Luminance Support and Technical operations teams to co-ordinate and resolve technical issues
Work with leading organizations and help them obtain value from the product
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a scientific or analytical discipline, with a 2:1 or above (UK) or GPA of 3.5 or above (US)
2+ years of relevant industry experience, in either e-discovery or project management is desirable
Highly-detail oriented with a problem-solving attitude
Ability to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment whilst delivering to deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Articulate and charismatic with a desire to improve customer-facing skills and present to individuals with varying degrees of knowledge
Organized with excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize effectively
