Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead our Rewards and Offers program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance user engagement, drive loyalty, and increase revenue through our rewards ecosystem. This role will focus on creating a compelling and fun experience for users while maximizing value for our CPG brand partners and other stakeholders.
What You Need
Own and evolve the GasBuddy Rewards Program strategy, including point earning mechanisms, redemption options, and overall user experience.
Develop and implement new features to increase user engagement with the rewards program, such as receipt scanning, in-app activities, and bonus point offers.
Collaborate with CPG brands and other partners to create attractive offers and integrate them seamlessly into the rewards ecosystem.
Design and optimize the redemption process for cashback, gift cards, and fuel savings to ensure a smooth user experience.
Create and execute a brand promotion strategy within the Rewards program to drive partner participation and user engagement.
Analyze user behavior, redemption patterns, and program performance to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive and enjoyable rewards experience within the app.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective communication strategies for promoting the Rewards program to users.
Manage the product roadmap for the Rewards and Offers features, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and user value.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure GasBuddy's Rewards program remains innovative and competitive.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, and business development to implement new features and optimize existing ones.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Rewards program, reporting on progress and insights to stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in loyalty programs, e-commerce, or mobile apps
Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and experience creating engaging digital products
Proven track record of launching successful features or products that drive user engagement and revenue
Experience working with CPG brands or retail partners in a loyalty or offers context
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Passion for creating delightful user experiences and solving complex problems
