RedStream Technology is searching for a Product Manager to work with our enterprise scale client, focused on Modern Workplace experience and improving the client’s users IT experience.
As a Product Manager focused on Modern Workplace Experience, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for our client’s desktop experience, ServiceNow platform, and conference room solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, facilities, and end-users, to ensure that our employees have a seamless, efficient, and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Modern Workplace Experience, including desktop solutions, ServiceNow, and conference room technology.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, facilities, HR, and end-users, to gather requirements, understand pain points, and prioritize features.
Project Management: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
User Experience: Advocate for a user-centric approach, ensuring that all solutions provide a seamless, intuitive, and efficient experience for employees.
Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new technologies and processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on workplace technology or a related field.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of desktop environments, ServiceNow platform, and conference room technologies.
Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
