The Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of products from conception to launch and beyond. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. The Product Manager will lead efforts to innovate and improve products, ensuring they meet market demands and drive business growth.


Essential Functions:

  1. Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives. Define product goals, success metrics, and roadmap.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to inform product decisions and strategies.
  3. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and iteration.
  4. Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document business, functional, and technical requirements through various techniques such as user interviews, surveys, focus groups, and competitive analysis.
  5. Governance of Product Catalog: Establish and maintain governance processes for the product catalog to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with company standards. Regularly review and update the product catalog, ensuring it reflects the latest product offerings and changes.
  6. Product Development: Oversee the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and coordination with engineering teams. Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
  7. User Experience: Advocate for the end-user by ensuring product designs provide a seamless and engaging user experience. Work closely with engineers to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  8. Testing and Quality Assurance: Work with quality teams to help define testing and quality assurance processes to ensure products meet high standards of quality and performance.
  9. Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating with marketing and solution teams to develop go-to-market strategies, training materials, and promotional activities.
  10. Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product enhancements.
  11. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on product status, performance, and future plans. Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations.
  12. Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product team members. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
  • Must have previous experience in Logistics.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with user experience design principles and practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
