Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through to market launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on thorough market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver high-impact products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to identify new opportunities and optimize existing products.
  • Champion agile methodologies, oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product release cycles.
  • Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support across the organization.
  • Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to iterate and enhance product features and user experience.
  • Manage and mentor junior product team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product management roles within technology companies.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products with measurable impact.
  • Strong understanding of agile development principles and practices.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or Trello.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with roadmap planning tools like Aha! or Roadmunk.
  • Previous leadership experience in guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in a relevant field.
