Thanks to our dedicated team, we are continuously driving costs down without compromising on quality for our customers. With that ethos imbedded into our vision, Lycamobile is currently seeking a Product Experience Specialist in our Los Angeles, CA office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Service customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
  • Test product features to ensure optimal customer experience.
  • Work with Product Team to identify root issues and prioritize solutions.
  • Work with customer service function to identify key customer experience issues.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
  • Must be able to work between the hours of 8:00am – 11:00p, Monday- Saturday and Holidays, 10:00am – 6:00pm.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED, required. Some college preferred.
  • Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish or Hindi or Chinese)
  • 1-3 years of previous work experience
  • Accuracy in daily work
  • Deadline driven
  • Solid working knowledge of MS office
  • Ability to communicate well orally and in writing
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Paid two week training
