What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the development and transfer of products into the manufacturing environment.
• Coordinating design projects, from drafting to procurement specifications.
• Ensuring compliance with FDA/ICH guidance through Process Validation.
• Performing Technical Risk Assessments and developing mitigation plans.
• Qualifying process and packaging equipment and preparing critical documentation.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably with a focus on pharmaceuticals.
• At least three years of experience in a regulated environment, ideally in commercial manufacturing or product development.
• Experience in process engineering within tablet or powder manufacturing.
• Skilled in Technical Writing, Product Lifecycle Management, and Validation.
