We are well established in Florida and are currently expanding into new markets across the US. To accommodate this growth, we are looking for sales professionals who demand a six-figure compensation package.

This position will be respond to inbound requests for private jet charter flights from high net-worth individuals and companies, as well as cultivate relationships with existing and previous clients. This position will also be expected to “meet and greet” clients when possible. We have an abundance of new leads generated daily as well as an extensive list of previous clients that need to be managed.

Job Title: Private Jet Charter Broker

Location: Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively respond to inbound charter requests
  • Build your customer base by researching databases, websites and social media
  • Source suitable aircraft on all flight requests
  • Track all logistics pertaining to the client experience
  • Pro-actively target your lists through outbound calls and emails
  • Develop knowledge base of all aircraft fulfillment and pricing options
  • Build relationships with Private Jet Operators to ensure the best aircraft options
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Handle confidential and proprietary information
  • Work within a fast-paced detail-oriented environment
  • Meet monthly revenue and GP goals

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with the discipline to work remotely
  • Hunter mentality but capable of maintaining 200-300 clients
  • Web savvy with the ability to pre-qualify prospects online
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize opportunities
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365 products
  • Experience using a CRM, such as Salesforce or Dynamics CRM
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to provide a high level of professionalism and customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years solid inside/outside sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with private aviation or another luxury industry a plus
