What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing expert technical leadership in immunoassay reagent manufacturing process development.
  • Establishing and translating manufacturing process requirements into documented specifications and procedures.
  • Leading the development, optimization, and scale-up of manufacturing processes.
  • Solving interdisciplinary technical problems at the interface of biology, chemistry, engineering, and materials science.
  • Developing test methods to assess raw material quality and qualifying manufacturing equipment.

About You:

  • PhD and 5+ years of industry experience in a biotech/small company environment needed to be successful in this role
  • Hands-on experience with molecular biology or microbiology techniques.
  • Proficiency in statistical tools like DOE, Gage R&R, and Statistical Process Control.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve challenging, interdisciplinary technical challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team effectiveness.
  • If you possess the degree and years of experience, H1B and other visa transfers (TN1 etc) will be considered.
