I'm currently working with a High Growth, Series C CyberSecurity start up with an utterly unique CyberSecurity product that has been proven to reduce customer's risk by 95%. Their target customer is the biggest customers out there and they have been growing their customer base very well amongst their target audience. Last quarter, they closed 10 Fortune 500 companies with multimillion dollar deal sizes.
This role is for a Solution Architect who will be working directly with the customers for solutions and implementing their platform. You will be their primary technical contact and working with Fortune 500 customers across the US. You would be the first in a team and act as a player coach to build out the team.

This is an office based role offering Hybrid opportunity. Their office is busy and vibrant - due to their high growth, they like everyone to be in the office at least a few days a week so that they can maximise collaberation. All of Senior leadership are veterans in CyberSecurity and the industry so this means you will be able to get the opportunity to work very closely with some very impressive people.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the designated technical authority and provide expert guidance to customers
Design and implement security solutions for customers
Advise customers on security best practices and help secure their deployments
Assist with custom integrations and provide an overview of product integration with customer security architecture
Act as an advocate for your customers, providing guidance on the product roadmap and process improvements
Ensure customers are maximizing their return on investment with the product
Identify and mitigate risks in partnership with the account team
Educate and provide guidance to customers and evangelize the benefits of the product
Manage customer support requests and escalations and coordinate resolutions with engineering teams
Develop a playbook for common technical challenges faced by customers and common objectives for solving their issues
Partner with regional customer success managers and solution engineers to complete new customer technical onboarding activities
Leverage your Security and cloud technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong cross-functional relationships to provide a world-class experience
Proactively address customer needs and desired outcomes by guiding them through their deployment journey while showcasing the value of the product
You will help drive product adoption and time-to-value by providing guidance and best practices at critical points throughout the customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working closely with Fortune 500 customers to implement technical solutions
A background working at a Big 4 Consultancy
Experience working with CyberSecurity products
Experience working at a vendor
