We are looking for a practice manager with experience to join our team at Memorial Health! In this role, you will:
Work in collaboration with your Service Line Manager and Director of Physician practice
Provide leadership to the practice physicians, APP’s and staff
Oversee all practice operations
Develop and implement consistent guidelines/policies for the practice, in conjunction with MMG administration
Create short and long term goals to facilitate success and growth of the practice/service line.
Enters tickets for updates to the EMR system based on practice needs. Serve as EMR knowledge resource for practice staff and providers.
Create and review routine reports to evaluate operations and opportunities.
Oversee front end billing workflow of physician practice, including management of EMR related work queues to monitor error and edits that require intervention.
Works with the Director of Physician Practices to develop an office budget and manages the office within that budget.
What You'll Bring
