Role/Title: PR Supervisor

Location: Baltimore, MD

Salary: 70,000 – 90,000

Hybrid – 2 Days in Office

Clutch is looking for a PR Supervisor for a client of ours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise development of PR & influencer strategies aligned with client's business objectives, considering key issues, goals, competition, and industry trends.
• Building Media lists, develop press materials, influencer briefs, written content, media briefs, etc.
• Source, vet, & activate relevant influencers to amplify brand message.
• Deliver clear & actionable status updates & reports with data-driven insights.
• Capture & share key takeaways from internal & client calls for team alignment.
• Collaborate with creative teams on engaging video, photo, and infographic assets.
• Analyze industry trends to inform actionable PR strategies for client success.
• Mentor and support junior staff, assigning, delegating, and monitoring work.
  
  

Required Skills

• Senior-level PR experience with 6-10+ years of experience. (agency or similar setting preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective team relationships.
• Proven experience in media relations (local & national) and proficiency in software tools (Google Suite, Cision, presentation systems).
• Experience working with influencers, including vetting, negotiation, contracting, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to occasionally work after-hours due to the 24/7 PR news cycle.
• Occasional domestic travel during the work week (up to 10%).
• Writing samples along with the resume must be submitted.
• Building campaigns and comping up with strategies.
