Risk Management Advisor

As an Advisor you are building a book of business starting from zero (with a competitive base salary). Not afraid to prospect, your business grows out of your networks, connections and relationships built with realtors, mortgage brokers and financial advisors. A desire to learn, you stay up to date on industry developments and trends to enhance your industry knowledge and to advise clients and team alike. Your responsibility is to be the trusted advisor our clients turn to decipher the best options for them based on their personal goals.

Inside Sales

As a Risk Management Advisor, you are engaging daily with clients who have expressed interest in receiving an insurance quote. Leads are generated through referral partnerships, providing warm leads for you to serve with genuine care and intentionality. You'll stay up to date on industry developments and trends to enhance your industry knowledge and to advise clients and team alike. Your responsibility is to be the trusted advisor our clients turn to decipher the best options for them based on their personal goals.

Customer Service

As an Account Manager, you are the face of C1 for our clients. You are working alongside the Advisor team to develop relationships with clients and ensure they have the right coverage. You will provide recommendations regarding new insurance policies, changes to existing policies and the claims process. This role is responsible to manage inquiries, resolve service issues, document customer requests and finalize policy adjustments.

  • Strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service
  • Work with producers to maintain high customer retention
  • Manage customer communication & documentation
  • Assist customers with coverage & billing questions via phone & email
  • Process policy changes, updates to billing, cancellations & reinstatements
  • Facilitate the claims process, as needed


Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program at a college university.
