Job Description: As an Apartment Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property. Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and recreational areas.
Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
Assisting with the upkeep of outdoor areas, including groundskeeping, snow removal, and lawn care.
Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the property management team.
Assisting with the setup and breakdown of community events and functions.
Supporting maintenance staff with minor repairs and projects as needed.
Providing excellent customer service to residents and addressing their concerns promptly.
