The PMO Director will lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) for our restaurant group. This role is responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The PMO Director will establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and tools, and provide leadership and guidance to executive leadership.

PMO Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement PMO policies, processes, and methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.
Lead the planning and execution of major projects of any new company initiatives and implementations across all corporate teams.
Oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to executive management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices in project management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

PMO Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
PMI PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications highly preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Must have some restaurant experience/exposure in a corporate PM role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.Monday.com experience is a huge plus.
Ability to travel as required (up to 25% or less).
