Job Title: PeopleSoft Upgrade Project Manager

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of PeopleSoft upgrade projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution.
  • Identify and assign project resources, including team members, vendors, and external consultants.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and project teams.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, such as kick-off meetings, status meetings, and steering committee meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, processes, and standards.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation activities to ensure project success.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale PeopleSoft upgrade projects from initiation to closure.
  • Proficient understanding of PeopleSoft applications, modules, and upgrade processes.
  • Strong project management skills, including scope management, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Experience with agile or iterative project management methodologies is advantageous.
