Job Title: PeopleSoft Financial ERP Developer

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, enhancements, and integrations for the PeopleSoft Financials ERP system.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
  • Create technical specifications and develop solutions using PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, and other PeopleSoft development tools.
  • Perform system analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support for PeopleSoft Financials ERP applications.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with PeopleSoft Financials ERP updates, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Work with external vendors and partners to manage system integrations and third-party applications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the PeopleSoft Financials ERP system.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Financial ERP Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, etc.).
  • Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Security Administration.
  • Experience in project management and system implementation.
  • Certification in PeopleSoft Financials or related fields.
  • Advanced degree in a related field.
