InfraHire is looking for a Payroll Manager in Chatanooga, TN.

Responsibilities

  • Proficient in executing client payroll tasks, overseeing account responsibilities, and maintaining communication with clients.
  • Prepare and process payroll journal entries
  • Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll matters

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations Proficiency in QuickBooks, PeopleSoft, Paychex, or similar payroll software
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
