Job Duties:
Review charities' annual financial disclosures with precision and attention to detail.
Generate complete and accurate legal notices to address deficiencies in financial disclosures.
Collaborate with legal professionals to support various legal processes.
Prepare and create legal documents, letters, and notices.
Review and organize legal and financial documents.
Assist in maintaining and organizing legal files and records.
Conduct legal research as required.
Perform administrative tasks to support legal operations.
Handle correspondence and communication professionally.
Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and reports.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive legal information.

Misc. Information:
Work hours are generally from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility for start/end times if selected.
