Growing Fairfax law firm is seeking a family law paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 year's experience in family law.
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in preparing pleadings
Organize and maintain case files
Assist in trial prep
Assist in the discovery process
Draft correspondence to counsel and clients
Provide administrative support to include managing calendars and scheduling clients
Vocational diploma in paralegal studies or equivalent work experience required. High degree of computer literacy required.
