A leading powerhouse global retailer seeks a talented Private Brand Packaging Production Designer to join their team aligning closely with and providing support within a collaborative private brands team. The temp candidate will work onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas.

The Private Brand Packaging Production Designer is an experienced packaging and production design and branding professional with a sophisticated and astute design eye and strong branding skills.

The Brand Packaging Production Designer is a critical problem-solver with the ability to create, consistent, on-brand, detailed design, and branding solutions. You will partner with a cohesive, highly engaged team that values collaboration and shares a quest for creative excellence.

As a Brand Packaging Production Designer, you will be working with a design team and project manager to produce innovative brand and packaging designs and branding guides across a range of retail consumer goods. Experience with private brands and a range of consumer packaged goods (CPG) is ideal.

Requirements:

• Min 4+ years of experience in packaging and brand design, international experience is preferred

• Strong background and experience with packaging production - packaging production processes, mockups, substrates, materials, vendors, and final assets to printers

• Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design

• Broad knowledge of the packaging design concepts supporting the current brand strategy

• Expert skills in Adobe Creative Cloud - Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

• Comprehensive understanding of design principles, typography, and brand standards

• Excellent understanding of packaging print production, and packaging manufacturing (substrates, die lines, colors, print processes, UPC, barcodes, etc.), and print processes

• Experience with private label brands and a range of consumer packaged goods (CPG) is preferred

This is a temp role working onsite only in Bentonville, AR. Remote work is not available.
