Azalea Market is seeking a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager with a background in Starbucks operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, proven supervisory experience, and a strong background in food service. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring food quality, and upholding safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience for all guests and hosts.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Supervisory Duties
Lead, train, and motivate a team of food service hosts.
Schedule shifts and manage host attendance.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Food Service Operations
Oversee the daily operations of the Market, ensuring efficient food preparation and service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet service and dining areas.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including equipment safety and food safety standards.
Monitor and control food costs, portion sizes, and waste to maximize efficiency.
Quality Control
Ensure all food and beverage quality standards are consistently met.
Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas and equipment.
Maintenance And Safety
Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of all equipment.
Implement and oversee all Callaway and Herschend safety protocols.
Qualifications
Previous experience working with Starbucks operations is highly preferred.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service and supervisory roles.
Experience as a food and retail outlet manager.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Strong understanding of food safety and equipment maintenance standards.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
