This position will manage the daily activities of any of the F&B departments, including bar, banquet, catering, concessions, retail, and cash operations departments, Responsibilities include managing the teams, training, and monitoring activities and services.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Directs, oversees, and supports any F&B department including bar, banquet, catering, concessions, retail, and cash operations teams, including scheduling and weekly payroll.
  • Manages and maintains POS system.
  • Completes daily, weekly, and monthly processes, including payroll, monthly inventories, merchandise settlements, expense reports, and product transfer forms.
  • Ensures implementation and adherence to cash handling and alcohol service policies and maintains liquor cost control.
  • Exercises reasonable care, performs required maintenance, and ensures operating instructions, safety standards, and guidelines are followed for the venue’s equipment and facility assets.
