Role Summary

ConcertAI is a leading provider of commercial solutions for the healthcare industry. We are seeking a highly motivated

and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team in Plymouth Meeting, PA. As the Operations Coordinator, you will

be responsible for supporting the data aggregation department in the day-to-day operations of the company. This is a client-facing position that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track client data Inquiries, bugs, and ad-hoc requests
  • Responsible for ensuring inquiry is triaged to correct party via Jira workflows
  • Responsible for ensuring a timely response to inquiries, and escalating issues as needed
  • Research and respond to basic client inquiries
  • Track all Service Level Agreement adherence
  • Responsible for an in-depth knowledge of associated clients’ Service Level Agreements
  • Responsible for tracking all relevant data points related to Service Level Agreement tracking
  • Monitor incoming data feeds and alerts to ensure data is supplied on time and issues are resolved.
  • Responsible for entering tickets to track issues with vendor data delivery and triaging to correct team for resolution
  • Responsible for communicating with data vendors to resolve inbound file issues/missing files.
  • Manage outbound deliverables through the production cycle to ensure completeness, on-time, and accurate delivery of data.
  • Responsible for tracking production issues, working with technical teams to coordinate timely resolution, and alerting client of issues impacting deliverables.
  • Responsible for ensuring deliverables go to client on time.
  • Own production data management during hyper care period for new on-boarding.
  • Responsible for tracking bugs entered by technical teams/analysts and ensuring open bugs are reported to account team as well as the client.
  • Participate in client status meetings by reporting status of inquiries, bugs, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Responsible for producing tracking documents to be presented on client-facing calls.
  • Monitor internal production processes and highlight gaps
  • Responsible for creating KPI reports for executive team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year work experience
  • Experience in the Pharma industry preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in customer service/client-facing role preferred, but not required
  • Comfortable communicating with clients
  • Familiarity with Jira, SQL
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of data aggregation and analysis is a plus
