Operations Associate / Executive Assistant
Seed-stage startup focused on utilizing Web3 technology for accessible and affordable AI across barriers, looking for a Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to support our executive team and assist with operations and HR functions. This role is essential to the smooth running of our operations and involves a combination of administrative support, HR tasks, and operational management. The company is spinning up their Bay Area office and has entered a stage of rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Offer extensive administrative assistance to the executive team, including schedule management, meeting organization, and document preparation.
Operations Management: Help coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and effective workflows.
Human Resources: Aid HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, managing employee records, and benefits administration.
Event Planning: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
Project Management: Support the management and tracking of various projects to ensure timely and within-scope completion.
Communication: Act as an intermediary between executives and other departments to promote effective communication and information exchange.
Travel Coordination: Organize travel plans, accommodations, and other logistical arrangements for executives.
