Schedule: This job is 35-40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays

Position Summary
Under limited supervision and direction, perform all grounds keeping and landscaping tasks necessary to maintain the Aquarium grounds and to the standards of the Wildlife Conservation Society. This position requires basic knowledge of the care of plants, grass, trees, seagrasses, and bushes. Ability to drive vehicles associated with the position such as a forklift and a bobcat is desirable. Should have the ability to tackle minor repairs of gardening equipment and tools.
Responsibilities May Include
General landscape maintenance of the aquarium property, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, planting, and other related duties. Move and deploy mulch, pots, gravel, etc. throughout the park. Other groundskeeping tasks such as cleaning and removal of trash, wood, bulk items etc. Using tools such as a hedge clipper, power washer, weed whacker, edging tools, etc.

Qualification Requirements:
Garden experience is required.
Must be able to lift 60 pounds or more.
Must be willing to work in all types of inclement weather is required.
Must know Basic English for communication.
