What will you be doing?
Develop and articulate company vision, mission and strategic goals
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective use of resources
Develop and execute fundraising strategies to ensure financial sustainability for company
Collaborate with company and affiliate boards to develop organizational policies and strategic plans for organizations
What do you bring?
5+ years Management within a nonprofit organization
Proven leadership experience in the nonprofit sector
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
Financial management and fundraising experience
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Strong time and task management skills
Supervise and lead staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
