Network Systems Engineer- Hybrid in Dallas, TX
Optomi, in partnership with an industry leader in the healthcare space, is looking for an experienced Network Systems Engineer to join the team. This engineer will help in the optimization and standardization of a large number of new sites and facilities through acquisition. This role will be based in Dallas, TX and work on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
Layer 2/3 routing and switching (mostly Cisco Equipment and will use BGP/OSPF as protocols)
Firewall administration- using ASA and Firepower in this role- troubleshooting, configuration, policy, maintenance, etc
Helping to set up WAN networks
Windows server administration (will have roughly 1500 servers in this role)
Active Directory administration- Group Policy, OU's, role-based access, etc.
File Server Management (using ACLS and Robocopy in this role)

Experience with firewall policy set up and configuration
Active Directory experience with a large numbers of users, specifically around Group Policy
Experience doing network troubleshooting- will utilize DNS, DHCP in this role and BGP and OSPF as routing protocols
Ability to work a hybrid role in the Dallas, TX area
