The Role: JCDecaux is currently seeking a National Sales Coordinator, who will report to our VP, National Sales and will be responsible for supporting our national account executives with the daily sales process.
This is a full-time position based in our LA office and will operate in a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with clients, ad agency personnel and vendors to secure contracts, directives/instructions for ad campaigns, and creatives on daily basis.
Correspond with clients and agencies in all details of sales process.
Work with all internal JCDecaux departments facilitating sales process through the system, making decisions when and where appropriate on timely issues relating to ad programs for all mall/street furniture products.
Run reports for Account Executives and management.
Answer client requests with direction of sales executive.
Review space availability for clients as requested and follows-up with proposals/grids of details.
Track due dates and stay on top of all parties to ensure timely completionthrough the progress chart.
Update and check for accuracy all contracts that are given to clients.
Complete appropriate paperwork for sales flow.
Forward creative information for approval after receipt of pdfs.
Work fluently in the Hive computer system booking campaigns, requesting avails, creating posting instructions, distributing key information to sales admin.; etc.
Update and revise contracts, media kits and forms.
Works with Account Executive as a cohesive team providing best client service.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree desired but not required.
Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments.
Strong communicator with excellent multi-tasking skills.
Problem solver who leans toward how to make a “no” into a “yes”.
Superior written and verbal skills required.
Ability to work independently.
Detail oriented.
Possess strong organizational skills.
Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Previous office experience desired but not required.
