A mortgage loan assistant processor is an entry level position that assists all other mortgage lending support staff with the preparation and filing of home loan and applications. Duties will include setting up loan files, ordering appraisals and titles, contacting customers for supporting documents, and preparing disclosure notifications based on funding source.
Primary Location/Schedule:
3110 S. Delaware, Springfield MO 65807
8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday – Friday; overtime and weekends based on loan volume
Fulltime: 40 hours per week average
Position Requirements:
Associate’s degree in finance or business administration preferred
One to two years of prior banking experience preferred
Required Skills:
Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
Effective multi-tasking and organizational skills
Excellent attention to details and proofreading
Strong mathematical, problem-solving and computer skills
Basic knowledge of banking operations, documentation, policy and procedures
Willingness to proactively cross-sell bank products & services
