Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant for the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications. As a core member of our project teams, you will lead and engage in various phases including Requirements Definition, Fit-Gap Analysis, System Design, Configuration, Testing, and Training. This role involves coaching and leading by example, as you will be guiding Interns, Consultants, and contribute towards the successful completion of project work plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to assist in the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations implementations.
• Lead and participate in critical project phases, such as Requirements Definition, Fit-Gap Analysis, System Design, Configuration, Testing, and Training.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering their technical and professional development.
• Identify business risks, technical issues, and opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Build and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Utilize financial processes and best practices knowledge to advise and guide customers during pre-implementation stages.
• Manage time effectively, prioritizing project schedules and activities.
• Analyze risks and issues, collaborating with project managers to address them.
• Develop and test functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field. CPA or strong background in Finance/Accounting preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 or prior experience with Dynamics AX or other ERP systems.
• Proven ability to participate in the requirements gathering process for IT systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge in finance processes, business management, and strategic evaluation.
• Certification in MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Unified Operations Core.
• Certification in MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Finance.
