ONWARD Headhunting is partnering with a Private Equity backed healthcare platform in its search for a Manager of Business Development and Strategic Finance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies.

- Prepare financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic initiatives.

- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to drive decision-making.

- Lead negotiations and manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

- Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including due diligence and integration.

- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Commitment to excellence.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, strategic finance, or a related role.

- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.

- Proven track record of successfully identifying and executing business development strategies.

- Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic partnerships.
