Position Title: Medical Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are an injectables only Medical Aesthetic practice seeking a versatile and professional individual to fulfill the dual role of Medical Assistant and Front Desk Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be adept at both clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for our patients.
This position is full time M-F, and applicant must be available a few Saturdays a month.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:
Prepare treatment rooms for injectables, including cleaning rooms, and stocking all medical supplies.
Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR system.
Taking and uploading before and after photos.
Administrative Duties:
Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
Manage patients check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Schedule appointments and manage the practice calendar.
Handle phone inquiries, emails, and other communication with promptness and courtesy.
Process payments.
Provide detailed information on treatments, promotions, and policies to patients.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical aesthetic practice helpful, but not required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
